MGNREGA Assam Recruitment 2025: Details of Posts
Senior State Program Manager (MGNREGA)
- Responsibilities: Oversee the overall implementation of MGNREGA, prepare Annual Action Plans and Micro Plans, monitor the scheme and human resources, coordinate with the Ministry of Rural Development (Government of India) and other stakeholders, and ensure Assam’s performance remains top-notch.
- Educational Qualification:
- M.Tech or M.E. in Computer Science, IT, Civil, or Electronics and Communication, OR
- MBA in HR/Finance with excellent computer knowledge.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in a managerial cadre in public/reputed private sectors with strong IT knowledge.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Assamese is mandatory.
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years as of January 1, 2025.
- Remuneration: ₹75,000–₹82,500 per month + applicable allowances.
State Program Executives (Finance, Accounts, and Procurement)
- Responsibilities: Handle all financial tasks, including Public Financial Management System (PFMS), SNA Sparsha/DBT implementation, and preparation of the Labor Budget under MGNREGA.
- Educational Qualification:
- M.Com or MBA with specialization in Finance/Accounting from a recognized institute/university with at least 60% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in industry, government, or rural development with proficiency in finance software like Finacle, Fintech, and Sparsh.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Assamese is mandatory.
- Age Limit: Up to 40 years as of January 1, 2025.
- Remuneration: ₹55,000 per month + applicable allowances.
Quality Control Officer
- Responsibilities: Monitor assets created under MGNREGA via MIS and field visits, assess asset quality, prepare reports, oversee issues related to Ombudspersons and Project Unnati, and coordinate with district/block authorities to ensure 90–95 days of unskilled labor wages for PMAY-G beneficiaries.
- Educational Qualification:
- Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university with at least 60%.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in rural development works/projects. Language Skills: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Assamese is mandatory.
