- Junior Administrative Assistant: 4 posts (UR-2, ST(P)-1, ST(H)-1)
- Junior Admin. Assistant cum Program Assistant: 2 posts (UR-1, SC-1)
- Junior Admin. Assistant cum Accounts Assistant: 2 posts (UR-1, OBC/ MOBC-1)
Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian citizen
- Age Limit: 21 to 38 years as of January 1, 2025
Age Relaxation -- SC/ST(P)/ST(H): up to 43 years
- OBC/MOBC: up to 41 years
Employment Registration: Candidate must have registered in any District Employment Exchange Office of Assam
Post-wise Educational Qualification
1. Junior Administrative Assistant
- Graduate in any discipline with 50% marks in 10th, 12th, and graduation
- 6-month Certificate/Diploma in Computer Application
Bonus marks:
- Up to 5 marks will be awarded for candidates having marks more than 70% in any of the 10th, 12th or Graduation level Exam
- Up to 10 marks will be awarded for candidates having marks more than 80% in any of the 10th, 12th or Graduation level Exam
- Up to 10 marks for relevant work experience
2. Junior Admin Assistant cum Program Assistant
- Graduate in Computer Science or related field with 50% in 10th, 12th, and graduation
Bonus Marks:
- 15 marks for MCA qualification
- Up to 10 marks for relevant experience
3. Junior Admin Assistant cum Accounts Assistant
- Graduate in Commerce with 50% in 10th, 12th, and graduation
- 6-month Certificate/ Diploma in Computer Application
Bonus Marks:
- 10 marks for CA Inter qualification
- Up to 5 marks for Tally (practical test)
- Up to 10 marks for relevant experience
